David Yurman ‘Wow Wall’ Featured in design:retail

The ‘Wow Wall’ that Duggal created for David Yurman is featured in an industry-leading resource for retail trends, products, news and projects.

The editors of design:retail, an online publication that tracks the latest in-store design strategies and innovations, picked our custom-fabricated display to headline the “Fixtures” section of its website. Standing front and center in Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City, the ‘Wow Wall’ showcases David Yurman’s artistry and craft against a backdrop illustrating his creative process through overlaid video of sketches and silhouettes.

Duggal’s Steve Arnesen, who has been working with the David Yurman brand since 2007, collaborated with retail and in-store designers to create the 10-foot-tall installation, which features:

  • Clear-screen interactive technology
  • An elegant oil walnut trim within a black monolith
  • Digital artwork programming
  • Layer lighting design

See photos of the installation below, and bookmark design:retail for endless design inspiration.
